Today I'm thinking of you. Those of you who I've never gotten extremely close too, called my closest friends or family, yet still I'm equally grateful and happy to have had a sweet encounter with you. You've taught me something that has stuck with me throughout the years, maybe it was the simple fact we were polar opposites in taste and poise, yet we still clicked, we had fun, we talked. Perhaps it was the extra effort we realised we needed, to break an awkward loose barrier causing friction between us. Maybe it was the rebellion of cliches that we broke, realising they mean shit, you like who you like and have fun with those who make you laugh, not linking simply just by your profession, appeal or class.

Sometimes our greatest lessons and changing, defining moments are from and with those who we will most likely never see again.
& that's okay.
