There's something special behind the precious gold pieces we add to our everyday uniform, whether that's a linen dress or sweats, it adds something. I've never been one for bold, statement jewellery, perhaps I experimented briefly in my teen years with a £12 neon flowered necklace, but very quickly knew it wasn't something I'd ever truly like. I've had a gold chain link bracelet that I've worn and had since I was about 2 years old; bought it Dubai in '98 where my dad travelled for work yearly, amazingly it's now been altered and fits again and is most definitely a very special piece of jewellery I own, it's sentimental, simple but beautiful. I do believe less is more, with these simple gold pieces below, you can easily layer them without it being overwhelming but still wear each one on it's own and make a subtle statement.
