Fashion inspired contemporary art shop on Etsy.
So it seems I opened up my own shop on Etsy today, after contemplating doing it for a very long time, it was always about what I was actually going to sell that slowed down the process of getting started.
So for it to be somewhat successful and stand out it had to be a unique idea, not a replica of something 20 other people were doing. Realising I had endless amounts of random designs I've done over the last two years, I thought why not do something with those?
Ranging from fashion illustration to portraits, pen drawings to mixed media prints, I think the overall idea was finally on the right track.
Having a small shop on Etsy will definitely not distract my focus from my blog, not at all.
In fact I want to combine the two as much as I can, whether it's in terms of style or the contents of what is being published, I want to relate the two as much as possible.
This is probably one of the best 'perks' about trying to gain a living off of social media, is that the options of what to do and how much to do are endless.
